Website terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of Sidian's public website at sidian.ai.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

If you use the website for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization in connection with your use of the website.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply only to Sidian's public website, including public documentation, demo content, and meeting-booking pages. They do not grant access to Sid or govern a trial, subscription, implementation, customer workspace, or customer data.

Access to and use of Sid or any paid or trial service is subject to the applicable order form, customer agreement, privacy terms, and other terms agreed between Sidian and the customer. If those terms conflict with these Website Terms of Use, the applicable customer agreement controls for the service.

3. Website information and engineering disclaimer

The website describes Sidian's technology and capabilities for general informational and marketing purposes. Website content, examples, demonstrations, and AI-related descriptions are not engineering, design, safety, legal, or other professional advice.

AI systems and preliminary outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Any engineering output must be independently reviewed, validated, and approved by appropriately qualified professionals using the applicable project requirements, codes, standards, calculations, and professional judgment.

Do not rely on this website or a demonstration as a substitute for engineering analysis, professional review, or a sealed design.

4. Acceptable use

You may access and use the website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or networks;
  • probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without Sidian's prior written permission;
  • interfere with the website's operation or introduce malicious code;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the website to violate another person's rights;
  • copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content except as permitted by law or with Sidian's written permission; or
  • use automated means in a way that unreasonably burdens the website or circumvents access controls.

Nothing here is intended to prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing, linking to public pages, or uses permitted by applicable law.

5. Ownership

The website and its content—including text, graphics, branding, interfaces, demonstrations, and software—are owned by Sidian or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Sidian, Sid, related logos, and product names may be trademarks of Sidian or its licensors.

Subject to these terms, Sidian gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the public website for your own lawful informational or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

6. Communications and submissions

If you contact us or submit information through a meeting-booking or communication channel, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Do not send confidential project files, regulated data, export-controlled information, credentials, or sensitive personal information through a public website channel unless Sidian has specifically approved a secure method for that purpose.

7. Third-party services

The website may link to or display services operated by others, including Calendly, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other external sites. Sidian does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of an external service is governed by that provider's terms.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the public website at any time. We do not promise that the website will always be available, secure, complete, accurate, or error-free.

Descriptions of planned or current features do not create a commitment to deliver a feature, meet a particular result, or maintain pricing or availability. Commercial commitments must appear in an agreement signed by Sidian.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sidian and its directors, personnel, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the public website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any rights that apply to you under mandatory law remain unaffected.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy & cookie notice explains how Sidian handles information through the public website and the choices available to you.

12. General terms

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without Sidian's prior written consent.

These terms, together with the Privacy & cookie notice, are the entire agreement between you and Sidian concerning use of the public website. Product and customer relationships remain governed by their separate agreements.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the website after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@sidian.ai.

These are public website terms, not Sidian's customer service agreement. Customer commercial, security, data-processing, support, and product-use terms should be documented separately and reviewed by qualified counsel.
