Sidian has no control over these third-party services and is not responsible for any third-party content, policies, or practices. You are subject to those third parties’ terms and privacy policies.

Fees may apply for our training programs or services. We use Stripe for payment processing. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current payment information;
  • Authorize Sidian to charge applicable fees, including taxes;
  • Maintain a valid payment method for any recurring services;
  • Acknowledge that prices are subject to change at our discretion.

If recurring charges apply, you authorize Sidian to process them without additional consent until you cancel in writing.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing and refuse orders as necessary.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a service by contacting us at admin@sidian.ai. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.

No refunds are offered for digital content once accessed. If you enroll in future self-paced programs, similar refund policies will apply unless explicitly stated.

Subscriptions and paid offerings are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-refundable except where required by law.

11. No Guarantees

Sidian makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or performance of services, training programs, or consulting results. All offerings are provided “as is.”
We do not warrant that the Website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidian and its directors, officers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our services.

This includes but is not limited to loss of business, data, profits, or goodwill, regardless of legal theory or foreseeability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sidian Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
All legal proceedings must be initiated exclusively in the courts of Ontario. You waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.
If you are located in the EU, Norway, Iceland, or Switzerland, your local laws may apply.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the rest shall remain in full effect. Any invalid provision shall be modified to best accomplish the original intent.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Sidian and supersede prior or simultaneous communications, oral or written.
No variation of these Terms is binding unless signed by Sidian.

18. Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further waiver of that term or any other, and any failure to enforce a provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

20. Beta Services Disclaimer

Sidian disclaims all liability for Beta Services.

21. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, programs, or features at our sole discretion and without liability. This includes changing prices, content, or availability.
