We use trusted third-party providers such as HubSpot and Stripe, both of which use strong encryption and access control. Stripe is PCI-compliant, and HubSpot maintains SOC 2 certification. We do not host any personal data on public-facing servers.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest where applicable.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by legal or business obligations. After that, data is anonymized or securely deleted.

We currently do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. However, we do use Google Search Console to collect anonymized usage metrics such as page visits and user behavior.

In the event of a data breach, Sidian will:

  • Notify affected individuals and relevant government authorities (e.g., the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada) within 72 hours where required
  • Follow guidance outlined in the Ontario Information Privacy Commission’s guidelines
